Predict your next period & fertile window
This Menstrual Cycle Tracker helps users understand their reproductive cycle.
It predicts:
Next period date
Ovulation day
Fertile window (best days for conception)
It’s designed for women who want to track their menstrual health, plan pregnancy, or avoid pregnancy naturally.
Step 1: Go to the Menstrual Cycle Tracker page.
Step 2: In the form, enter your Last Period Start Date — this is the first day your last period began.
Step 3: Enter your Average Cycle Length (the number of days between two periods).
➡ Default is 28 days, but you can set anywhere between 20–40 days.
Step 4: Click the “Calculate Cycle” button.
Step 5: The tool instantly calculates and displays:
Next Period Date (when your next cycle is expected to start)
Ovulation Day (when you’re most fertile)
Fertile Window (days with the highest chance of conception)
Step 6: Below the results, you’ll see a progress bar showing your current cycle phase —
Green: Normal Phase
Pink: Fertile Days
Yellow: Ovulation Period
Each phase indicator (Menstrual, Follicular, Luteal) highlights your current stage with a smooth animation.
Based on scientific cycle calculations (average luteal phase = 14 days), it estimates ovulation and fertility windows with precision.
Built with Bootstrap 5, it’s mobile-friendly and intuitive for beginners. The calendar input and numeric cycle entry make it quick and error-free.
The progress tracker visually shows where you are in your current cycle — very helpful for understanding fertility timing.
No data is uploaded or saved — everything runs locally in the browser, ensuring 100% privacy.
It helps users understand the three main phases of the menstrual cycle:
Menstrual Phase: Bleeding and uterine lining shedding
Follicular Phase: Egg preparation and fertility increase
Luteal Phase: Post-ovulation stage until next period
The Menstrual Cycle Tracker Tool is an essential online calculator designed for women who want to understand, monitor, and predict their monthly cycles with accuracy. By entering two simple details — your last period date and average cycle length — the tool instantly estimates your next period, fertile window, and ovulation day. Whether you’re trying to conceive, avoid pregnancy naturally, or simply understand your reproductive health, this tracker provides clear, science-backed predictions.
Every woman’s body works on a unique rhythm known as the menstrual cycle. Typically lasting between 26 to 32 days, it consists of hormonal changes that prepare the body for pregnancy. Understanding these changes helps you plan your activities, diet, and overall well-being.
With this tool, you can easily find when your fertile days occur — the best time to conceive. It also helps identify the safe days when the chances of pregnancy are lowest. This makes it useful for both family planning and menstrual awareness.
The tracker uses your Last Menstrual Period (LMP) as a starting point. It then calculates your next cycle by adding your average cycle length (e.g., 28 days). The ovulation day is predicted by subtracting 14 days from your next period date, as ovulation usually occurs two weeks before menstruation. The fertile window extends from 3 days before ovulation to 2 days after, providing a total of about 6 days of high fertility.
The progress bar in the tool visually represents these stages, helping you know exactly where you are in your cycle at any moment.
